A difficult starting hole with a slight uphill tee shot. A long straight drive is needed to avoid the fairway bunkers.
Don’t be fooled by the name of this hole. Hitting from an elevated tee to a 3 tier Mackenzie green which is protected by 6 pot bunkers.
This is one of the shortest par 4 on the course, but still demands a straight tee shot.
This left to right dogleg which is slightly uphill leads down to the green with two bunkers.
The first of the par 5’s. A long straight tee shot required to get position at the top of the hill.
The key to this hole is to place your drive at the top of the hill, avoiding either of the two bunkers.
The tee box is quite sheltered from the wind so take note of strength and direction when selecting your club.
A great hole from the white tee box, set back in the trees. A long drive will reward you with a relatively short shot into an undulating green.
For most players this hole is all about positioning the ball to the left, just in front of the ponds and playing a solid third shot to the green.
A good tee shot will leave between 170 and 125 yards over the water to the green, it’s relatively easy to block yourself out to the left.
This is Bondhay’s signature hole – a well-protected green both by water and bunkers.
You need to avoid the numerous fairway bunkers to ensure that you have a view of the green for your approach shot.
A tough Dog – leg par 5, with O.O.B all the way up the left hand side and some well-placed fairway bunkers.
With this been a dog leg to the left your drive needs to be as far to the right of the fairway as you can get it to ensure that you are not blocked-out by the woods.
This looks like a very easy and straightforward Par 3, however the wind can often swirl in this part of the course.
A long par 4 that needs an accurate second shot into the green that is well protected by bunkers along the left hand side.
A tough tee shot that often leaves a long iron into the green that is well protected by bunkers to both side of the entrance.
A great finishing hole that needs an accurate drive to reach the narrowing fairway at the top of the hill.
